Basic clean
$180/hr · 3 to 4 person crew
- •Dusting throughout: surfaces, fixtures, and baseboards
- •Kitchen: stovetop, microwave, counters, sink, and outside of the fridge
- •Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized: toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirror
- •Floors vacuumed and mopped
- •Trash taken out
Deep clean
$270/hr · everything in Basic, plus:
- +Inside the cabinets: emptied, wiped down, and put back
- +Baseboards wiped down (not just dusted)
- +Interior windows we can reach: glass, sills, and frames (screens off and squeegeed where doable; exterior needs a window company)
- +Deeper detail in the kitchen and bathrooms
- +Behind and under furniture (we move items up to ~50 lbs)
- +Dusting from ceiling to floor: corners, vents, and fixtures

What's the difference between a basic and a deep clean? +
A basic clean covers your surfaces and the essentials every visit: kitchen (stovetop, microwave, counters, outside of the fridge), bathrooms, floors, and dusting including the baseboards. A deep clean goes further: inside the cabinets, baseboards wiped down (not just dusted), interior windows we can reach, deeper kitchen and bathroom detail, behind and under furniture, and ceiling to floor dusting.
Will you move furniture? +
We'll move and clean behind furniture up to about 50 lbs. For everyone's safety, we don't move anything heavier than that.
Do you clean windows? +
On a deep clean we do the interior windows we can safely reach: glass, sills, and frames, and we'll take the screens off and squeegee them where it's doable. Windows we can't reach, and all exterior windows, are best left to a dedicated window company.
Are you insured? +
Yes, Carlos House Cleaning is bonded and insured, so your home is protected while we work.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
We back every clean with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll make it right.

Yes, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. For recurring clients we follow an upkeep routine that keeps your home consistently clean and rotates deeper detail over time.
How does pricing work? +
We price by the hour for a 3 to 4 person crew ($180/hr for a basic clean, $270/hr for a deep clean). Because every home is different, we give you an exact quote after you tell us about your place. No surprises.
